The April Revolution in Carlos Gil's eyes

An exhibition that revisits photojournalist Carlos Gil's photographic records of 25 April.

Ivan Dias, director and producer, Adelino Gomes, author, and Daniel Gil, Carlos Gil's son, made a photographic survey of the history of 25 April and discovered that through Carlos Gil's eyes, there were many stories to tell.

The exhibition will be on show at the Camões Library in Lisbon between 23 April and 17 May 2024.

The initiative is organised by the Camões Library, in partnership with the Mário Soares and Maria Barroso Foundation.
