Award ceremony for the Mário Soares Prize: Citizenship and Development

On 5 July at 3pm, the Mário Soares and Maria Barroso Foundation will host the award ceremony for the Mário Soares Prize: Citizenship and Development (2024-2025 edition), promoted by the Portuguese Socialist Delegation of the European Parliament.

The prize is awarded annually and is designed to honour students from the 3rd cycle of basic education and secondary education for their work on valuing the European dimension of citizenship.
