Conference ‘Portugal and Asia, the Legacy of Mário Soares and the Challenges of the Future’

The conference ‘Portugal and Asia, the Legacy of Mário Soares and the Challenges of the Future’, part of the cycle of conferences on the centenary of Mário Soares, will take place on 16 April 2025, between 5.30pm and 7.30pm, in the Beijing Room of the Oriente Foundation.

The event will feature speeches by Francisco Ribeiro Telles, Augusto Santos Silva, Carlos Gaspar and Luís Tomé.

Admission is free, subject to prior registration.

The initiative, promoted by the Diplomatic Institute, is part of the Mário Soares Centenary commemorations programme.
